Gujarati Receipe For Salampak Can Someone Give Me The Receipe Of Gujarati 'Dhokla'.?

Can someone give me the receipe of Gujarati 'Dhokla'.? - gujarati receipe for salampak

I have a recipe, but do not go soft, as in some stores.

Ingredients:

350g gram flour (Besançon)
1 cup cottage cheese (stirred)
1 teaspoon green tea, chilli (paste)
1 teaspoon ginger (paste)
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon soda bi-carb / Eno fruit salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 / 2 tsp. Turmeric powder
1 tablespoon oil
Handling
Curry leaves
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
2 v. Tea Oil
Coriander leaves (chopped)
2.3 green chillies (slit vertically)


Preparation:
In a bowl, flour gram (Besancon), add cottage cheese and water.
Mix well and smooth to a paste. The batter should be thick.
With salt and set aside for 4 hours with a lid.
Remove ginger and green chilli paste and the paste. Also add turmeric powder and mix well.
Keep the pot with steam or gas ready.
Grease a baking dish (it should fit with the steamer or oven).
However, in a small bowl, use a teaspoon. Soda-bi-carb or Eno, 1 tablespoon oil and lemon juice and mix well.
Add to batter and mix well.
Pour into a greased pan and steam for 10-12 minutes or until done.
Cool forintersect at a point and cut into large cubes.
Heat some oil in a frying pan and add mustard seeds and curry can talk leaves. Remove and pour Dhokla.
Dhokla kiss garnish with coriander and green chillies slit.
Serve with chutney Hari.
