My father had a heart showed attack.angiography R 4 blocks.2 coronary artery, the STI 2nd from 99% and 50%. A. Left anterior descending was completely blocked hole and was the insurance of the right and left coronary arteries. normal left circumflex, but om 1 branch of the left circumflex was 60% occluded.left fraction left ventricular ejection fraction was 45%. Angioplasty with my father in 99% vessel.but not block ocluded 50% ORF ocluded blocks artery.other right coronary artery altered.kindly not advise regareding Forecast

An ejection fraction of 45% is not terrible. They usually want an ejection fraction of 50% or more, if it is not so bad. I would be more concerned about the occlusion of the LAD, but that's collerateral with devices with two other vessels contribute to the left side of the heart, which has probably done more than compensate for the occlusion of the LAD support.
